In part 1 of the book Trash, which was written by Andy Mulligan. There were two main characters named Rapheal and Gardo. They both live in a rubbish town called Behala. The story began when they found a small leather bag and inside the bag there were a wallet which contains 11 hundred pesos, and they also found a folded up map, and inside the map was a key but they don't know what the key was for. They looked to see what else was in that bag but it was just a few old papers, photos and interesting ID card. The map was just a map of the city. Then the police came to the dump site to asks them if they found a bag and the police said that if anybody found the bag they will give that person ten thousand pesos and they will give a thousand to every family but Rapheal said no because everyone knows not to trust too far. He thinks that the policemen might just took it and drove off laughing. Then the policemen said that they will come to the dump site tomorrow and they also said that they will pay to find the bag. Rapheal and Gardo went to Rat’s house to asked
Rat to hide the bag for them because they were to scared to keep it. they also asked Rat what is the key for and Rat said that the key was not a house key but it was the key for the locker for the left
luggage and the locker is in a train station. Rapheal wanted to go to the station on that
night but Gardo said that they might go on the other night. On the next day Everyone in Behala turns out early and ready
before dawn to find the bag. They knew that the bag had been lost in this
place called McKinley because the police told them about it.The next day Rapheal, Gardo and Rat went to the central station with train and Rapheal told them a story about a woman who getting run over by a train. When they are on their way to go to the central station, Gardo always thinks that something negative will happen to them. After they got off the train all of them tried to find the luggage locker. The suddenly Rat turned and he had the key in the lock. Rapheal and Gardo walked to Rat and they heard the sound of metal. Then Rat had something under his arm. Rat put the package under his shirt. They went out onto platform four and right along to the end, weaving through the people. After they got down the tracks they started to run really fast. Five minutes later they got among bushes and bramble and there was a small pile of concrete sleepers to sit on. Rat and Rapheal was laughing and Rat was holding the package in both hands. It was a brown envelope that was sealed up with tape. Inside the brown envelope was a letter and there was writing in a thick pen and then the address and the name of the guy was Gabriel Olondriz. There was a page and a little slip stuck to it with just line of numbers, all of them doesn't understand what the letter is really trying to tell.
in Part one there were two themes. The first one is about the dangers of poverty. One example from the book is when a boy lost an arm in page 7. Another example of the dangers of poverty are, you're working under the trash as it's raining down, and the guards try to get you away in page 7
The second themes is about police corruption. One example from the book is when Rapheal said that everyone knows not to trust too far. What if they just took it and drove off laughing? What was I going to do to stop them in page 12.

Great blog, Amierul. Just make sure you choose the MOST important parts for your summary, not all of the details. Also, you need to write the actual quote you used to get the theme for dangers of poverty and police corruption. Overall, well done.
